tarent has learned about agile organizational practices from its own experience. We are happy to share this experience with others.

Organizational development is an evolutionary rather than a revolutionary process. That’s why, even though we are experts in the methodologies, models, and frameworks involved, we don’t think in terms of “blueprints” and “best practice.” In other words, we don’t look for the solution that fits the organization but instead work out the best solution for the organization’s needs. We are experts in agile organizations. Whenever we engage in collaborative change, we follow agile principles – based on a transparent, iterative, courageous, self-reflective, error-tolerant, focused, and persistent approach. We want the improvements achieved to be long-lasting, something that can only be guaranteed if they continue without our involvement.
