We offer three contract models for the implementation: a work contract, an agile work contract, or a development team based on a Time & Material contract.

Fixed price vs. Team

We offer implementation at a pre-determined price and agree a time of delivery.   You will be provided with a development team that is in a position to fulfil your requirements in accordance with the cost estimate.

The different contract models should be assessed in order to find the optimum solution in each case. The selection of the contract type should be made in a personal conversation, together with an explanation of the contract type "agile fixed price".


A confidentiality agreement is always agreed before exchanging requirements for customised development.

As a first step, we examine the requirements documentation and jointly discuss the approach options. When we offer a work contract, a detailed cost estimate of your requirements is calculated by a minimum of two experts. The results are presented in accordance with the request for quotation, either as a formal offer (e.g. for a tender) or in a workshop, where the detailed costs are presented and discussed.
